You can have a fruit salad for dessert if you don't want to eat meat.


With any diet, you have to keep a close eye on your calories on the Keto diet. Due to the fact that fat has more calories than protein and carbs, portion sizes may be less. You can still enjoy a wide range of foods and snacks, as long as you pay attention to how much you eat. Keep in mind that the Keto diet is usually low in carbohydrates, but it's important to make sure you eat a wide range of low-carbohydrate foods.


Lori Nazemetz stated that in general, the amount of protein you should eat on the keto diet should be 25% of your daily calories.
